Q: How long does it take to receive my canvas? A: Canvases ship 3–5 business days after photo submission.

Q: Do I need special paints? A: Nope! Acrylics work best, but you can use whatever paints you already love. (Sketch lines may show through watercolor but that can still be fun!)

Q: Can I order this as a gift for someone else? A: Absolutely! Choose the gift-ready upgrade and we’ll package it beautifully for you.

Q: How many pets can I include? A: This listing is for one pet per canvas. Need multiple pets? Reach out and we’ll create a custom order.
